The following Steps need to be followed:
1. Decide if you fit the profile as defined.
2. Complete and sign both the Application and Indemnity Form.
3.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Email a copy of proof of payment and the completed and signed Application and Indemnity Form to info@chaplaincysa.co.za.
4. You will receive an email that acknowledges your submission.
5. Please send a Passport type (head and shoulders) picture of yourself by email to
info@chaplaincysa.co.za to be placed on your ID Card.
